Insurance will be billed on the day of your appointment.

If you do not see your insurance listed above, the out-of-pocket billing rate is $225 for your first appointment and $150 for any appointment thereafter.

We do not currently take Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. We are happy to still see you as a patient but you will be required to pay the out-of-pocket rate listed above.

Currently, all appointments are through telehealth using Spruce Communications unless otherwise indicated by the office. Please make necessary accommodation to call via telehealth with your phone or computer.
